north eastern north carolina and south eastern south carolina will be almost a pivot point for this storm to rotate on. that's going to produce heavy torrential rain in that area. it is moving northeast right now. still sounds weird that this storm is ever going to take this turn to the northwest, but it is going to happen. it's going to happen especially early monday. sunday night into monday morning is when it takes that turn. look at the size of this storm. we are seeing clouds all the way from florida, stretching up into new jersey at this time. eventually the rain with this storm will make its way up the eastern seaboard. right now the heaviest of the rain, dark shades of green, yellows here, that's where we have your torrential downpours. notice how it's just offshore. the majority of the lighter rain is what's affecting the coastline of south carolina and north carolina and eventually will move up into virginia. these are current wind gusts, gusting up to around 30, 35 miles per hour. think how far away the storm is and winds are still that strong. as this moves onshore from east t
